How It Works
Making a donation, tithe, offering, or monthly pledge to your church is simple by following 6 easy, quick steps. These steps are necessary to insure the proper church receives payment for your donation made. Here is how the “Electronic Donation Center” works:
- Go to “Make A Donation” page by clicking the “Give To
Your Church” button above.
- Step 1: Choose the STATE your church is located.
- Step 2: Choose the CITY where your church is
located.
- Step 3: Choose which denomination your church belongs
to such as Baptist, Catholic, Methodist, etc.
- Step 4: Choose your church in our database of participating churches accepting donations.
- Step 5: Choose the options of one-time payment or monthly recurring giving, and paying by credit card or electronic checking account withdrawal.
- Step 6: Whether it is a church offering, tithe, pledge, donation, etc., you can now make a payment online. Here
you will fill out your personal information and your billing information so we can electronically process your payment online.
- Email Receipt: Once your transaction is approved, you will receive an email receipt with the details of your payment for your records. In addition, your church will receive a payment order form notifying them of your online payment.
- Funds Availability: Paying by credit card typically takes about 3-5 days for the funds to be available in our account. Paying by online electronic check takes about 5-7 business days for the electronic transaction to authorize and funds to be available in our account.
- Last Process: Once we receive your payment, Guaranteed Giving forwards the funds to your church on a bi-monthly basis for all payments received the previous week. This insures all transactions have properly settles and funds have been electronically deposited in our account.
- Monthly Commitments: If you chose to give to your church on a monthly basis for a specified period of time, we will be mailing you a welcome pack and agreement of your monthly donations.
